By accessing or using QRCapture ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

QRCapture provides QR code-based lead capture services for businesses. The Service includes:

Custom QR codes linked to lead capture pages
A dashboard to view and manage captured leads
Email notifications for new leads
Data export functionality

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Subscription and Payment

The Service is offered on a subscription basis at $49/month
New accounts receive a 7-day free trial
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
You may cancel your subscription at any time through PayPal or Stripe
Refunds are provided at our discretion

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

Collect information without proper consent
Send spam or unsolicited communications
Violate any applicable laws or regulations
Infringe on the rights of others
Distribute malware or harmful content

6. Data Ownership

You retain ownership of all data you collect through the Service. We claim no ownership over your leads or customer information. You may export and delete your data at any time.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We may perform maintenance or updates that temporarily affect availability.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Von Base Enterprises LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service.

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

We may modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
